At Dad’s 3D Creations, we stand behind the quality of our products. Every item we design and manufacture is carefully tested to ensure durability and reliability. To give you peace of mind, we offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase on all our products.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
• Structural failures or breakages under normal use.
• Products arriving damaged due to a defect in production.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper installation.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or environments beyond typical usage.
• Alterations or modifications made by anyone other than Dad’s 3D Creations.

How It Works

1. Open a warranty claim in the Warranty Claim form.  Provide all the information in the required fields.
2. Our team will review your claim and may request the item be returned for inspection.
3. If approved, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion — free of charge.

Important Notes

• Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
• Shipping costs for sending the product back may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined.
